However, for ZDMA to achieve ultra-high speed, it requires a PCIEX4 slot and Thunderbolt interface, which means that some customers need to spend more money to replace the motherboard and computer. So we developed Gbox with better high-speed compatibility.
Gbox is compatible with PCIEx1 and PCIEx2. When using the PCIEx2 channel, it will be faster than using the PCIEx1 channel. Also, because Gbox transmits the PCIE protocol, unlike ordinary DMA, Gbox needs to be connected to the PCIe card slot of your control terminal computer, not the USB interface of ordinary DMA.
